It was a sunny Saturday afternoon when I headed to UP Village to have late lunch with friends Kim and Knoy. The road is surprisingly clear for me to reach UP Village in less than 30 minutes from my house in Manila. Here’s what we had:)

Pan Fried Fish
It’s not your usual fried Dory fish, With thin coating of flour and secret spices topped with special butter sauce and served with vegetable siding. Single Serving with rice is for only P120 while the the Platter which is good for 2-3 persons is also available for only P220.

Tasty Pepper Chicken
The Restaurants best seller! Chicken simmered to perfection with mushroom, potato, buttons, herbs and spices. Single serving with rice P150 while the Platter is for only P280.

Waldorf Salad
For only P120, Enjoy their refreshing salad consisted only of thin sliced red apples, celery, chopped walnuts and mayonnaise

Shanghai Rolls
Definitely good for sharing! Beer’s perfect match!

Spaghetti with Tuyo (Dried Fish)
It sounds weird at first, I know it was a brave experiment but I would say they just found a whole new recipe that can replace my favorite Spanish Sardines Spaghetti. Try it and you wont regret it:)

Lasagna
A classic Italian pasta casserole dish which consists of alternate layers of pasta, cheese, meat, white sauce, and other ingredients. Served with garlic bread on the side for only P140.
Though the area is too far from my location, My trip was well worth it as we had an amazing set of fat builders haha..
