Simorgh serves more than just Persian food. It showcases a variety of authentic Middle Eastern, Indian, and Iranian dishes that will please even the Filipino and international palates.

Some of the must-try plates are Samosa, Hummus, Chelo Kabab Barg, and Polo Joojeh Kebab. You can familiarize yourself with the taste of chickpeas, olive oil, lemon, cumin, and sumac in every little helping of Hummus. Or you can try their Samosa for starters, a stuffed pastry similar to the Filipino empanada, but with potatoes, minced meat, onion, peas, coriander, or tamarind.
