Simple Chocolate Chip Muffins Recipe

While cleaning my desk, I found my old recipe notebook that I used during my baking lessons with Chef Jill Sandico. Im not sure if its Chef Jill’s recipe but I just want to share it with you:)

Simple Chocolate Chip Muffins Recipe
Chocolate Chip Muffins

 

Ingredients :

  • 3 tbsps Margarine softened
  • 1 Cup superfine sugar
  • 2/3 cup whole plain yogurt
  • 5 tbsps Milk
  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Procedure :

  1. Blend margarine and sugar until light and fluffy. Mix the eggs, yogurt and milk until combined
  2. Siff the flour and baking soda into the batter. Stir until blended
  3. Stir in the chocolate Chips
  4. Spoon into Muffin Pans
  5. Bake at 375F for 30 minutes or until done.

Serve Hot and Enjoy:)
