While cleaning my desk, I found my old recipe notebook that I used during my baking lessons with Chef Jill Sandico. Im not sure if its Chef Jill’s recipe but I just want to share it with you:)
Ingredients :
- 3 tbsps Margarine softened
- 1 Cup superfine sugar
- 2/3 cup whole plain yogurt
- 5 tbsps Milk
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Procedure :
- Blend margarine and sugar until light and fluffy. Mix the eggs, yogurt and milk until combined
- Siff the flour and baking soda into the batter. Stir until blended
- Stir in the chocolate Chips
- Spoon into Muffin Pans
- Bake at 375F for 30 minutes or until done.
Serve Hot and Enjoy:)
