Blueberry Muffins Recipe

I found a can of blueberry in the kitchen so I decided to bake Blueberry Muffins.  Try it:)

Dry Ingredients:
1/2 tsp salt
2 1/2 cups All Purpose Flour
2 tsps baking powder

Butter Mixture
1/2 cup unsalted butter
2 1/4 cups sugar
2 pcs eggs
1/2 cup fresh milk
2 cups blueberries

Streusel Topping
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup all purpose flour
Pinch of cinnamon
1/4 cup unsalted butter

DIRECTIONS

  • Mix Cream, Butter and Sugar till light then add the eggs on at a time, beating well after addition
  • Mix this with flour mixture. Fold in blueberries. Fill muffin cups right to the top, and sprinkle with crumb topping mixture.
  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Grease muffin cups or line with muffin liners.
  • Bake for 20 to 25 minutes in the preheated oven, or until done.
