Blueberry Muffins Recipe

I found a can of blueberry in the kitchen so I decided to bake Blueberry Muffins.  Try it:)

Dry Ingredients:
1/2 tsp salt
2 1/2 cups All Purpose Flour
2 tsps baking powder

Butter Mixture
1/2 cup unsalted butter
2 1/4 cups sugar
2 pcs eggs
1/2 cup fresh milk
2 cups blueberries

Streusel Topping
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup all purpose flour
Pinch of cinnamon
1/4 cup unsalted butter

DIRECTIONS

  • Mix Cream, Butter and Sugar till light then add the eggs on at a time, beating well after addition
  • Mix this with flour mixture. Fold in blueberries. Fill muffin cups right to the top, and sprinkle with crumb topping mixture.
  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Grease muffin cups or line with muffin liners.
  • Bake for 20 to 25 minutes in the preheated oven, or until done.

Blueberry have always been my favorites these days not only muffins, but also yogurt and now, one of the fast food chain have blueberry sundaes, blueberry forever
