Leche flan is a popular filipino dessert. It is sweet and rich dessert similar to a cream custard with caramel which is a popular ingredient of Halo-Halo.  

Creamy Leche Flan

There are many variations in making leche flan but the popular classic recipe only calls for eggyolk, sugar, evaporated milk, condensed milk and citrus flavourings.

It takes a while to master the techniques and perfected this recipe but it is worth it.

I temporarily removed the Leche Flan Recipe, I found out that the recipe forewarded to me by a friend was copied from other website… I’ll post another recipe soon.. I’ll try to get an heirloom recipe from my Aunt:)
