Last week I visited Trinoma to meet Tita Natty of Chicoriverquest.com and to talk about our whitewater rafting schedule in Kalinga. While waiting for her, I decided to roam around the mall to look for something to eat. I came across this cozy restaurant named Five Cows Resto and Ice Cream Bar. The restaurant has a white interior which will make you feel that you are in a dairy farm or milk processing plant.

Black Forest Ice Cream Cake

Unlike any ordinary Ice Cream Shop, this restaurant offers a variety of unique ice cream filled cakes. They also serve steaks, pasta, panini sandwiches, pizza, salads and of course their collection of ice cream desserts and cakes.

Gamberetti

After browsing their menu, I decided to order Gamberetti (Php280.00) – spaghetti pasta with olive oil, pesto, shrimps, sundried tomatoes, white wine and parmesan cheese. For dessert, I ordered Black Forest Ice Cream Cake (Php 150.00) – consists of several layers of chocolate cake, vanilla ice cream between each layer with whipped cream and cherries on top.

I highly recommend this restaurant for people who loves to eat Ice Cream.
