Wallahi! the picture looks so yummy. I remember the salad bar I go to in Abanao Square in BAguio where they have these mouthwatering selection of salad sold by gthe gram. hehehehehe. I havent tried that before, using only condense milk. I just had a batch made the other night but i added in all purpose cream and some mayo. My flatmates loved it.
