Most of us thinks that cooking is time consuming and complicated that’s why some prefers to buy food in a fast-food chain instead of preparing a home cooked meal.

While completing my grocery list, I got curious with the Angel Hair Pasta that I saw on the other cart, since I haven’t tried it yet, I immediately grabbed one and placed it in my shopping cart without any tasty dish in mind but since I have a corned beef in my cart, i decided to use it instead of ground beef.

Corned Beef Angel Hair Pasta Pasta Recipe

Total Time: (25 MIN) SERVES: ( 6 )

Ingredients

  • 250 grams Angel Hair Pasta
  • 375 grams Pinoy Style Del Monte Spaghetti Sauce
  • 150 grams Jufran Banana Ketchup
  • 150 grams corned beef
  • 4 cloves garlic – minced
  • 1 medium onion – chopped
  • 250 grams Purefoods Tender Juicy Hotdog
  • 1 table spoon black pepper

Corned Beef Angel Hair Pasta Pinoy Style
Directions : Four Easy Steps

  1. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add Angel Hair Pasta , and cook for 4 minutes, or until al dente; drain.
  2. In a medium pan, Saute garlic, onion, hotdog and corned beef. Add Del Monte Spaghetti Sauce Pinoy Style and Banana Ketchup then simmer for 3 minutes
  3. Pour over or mix the sauce with cooked Angel Hair Pasta.
  4. Top with grated cheese.

I used fresh basil leaves as a garnish to make the food more appealing.
